為Vi 無vô 為vi, ， 事sự 無vô 事sự, ， 味vị 無vô 味vị. 。

(It is the way of the Dao) to act without (thinking of) acting; to conduct affairs without (feeling the) trouble of them; to taste without discerning any flavour;

大Đại 小tiểu, 多đa 少thiểu; ， 報báo 怨oán 以dĩ 德đức. 。
Coi mọi sự đời lớn nhỏ, nhiều ít như nhau, lấy ân báo oán.
to consider what is small as great, and a few as many; and to recompense injury with kindness.

圖Đồ 難nan 於ư 其kỳ 易dị. ， 為Vi 大đại 於ư 其kỳ 細tế. ；
Làm việc khó từ việc dễ, làm việc lớn từ việc nhỏ.
(The master of it) anticipates things that are difficult while they are easy, and does things that would become great while they are small.

天Thiên 下hạ 難nan 事sự ， 必tất 作tác 於ư 易dị. ， 天Thiên 下hạ 大đại 事sự ， 必tất 作tác 於ư 細tế. 。
Các việc khó khăn trong thiên hạ, đều do từ việc dễ mà thành. Các việc lớn trong thiên hạ, đều từ việc nhỏ mà nên.
All difficult things in the world are sure to arise from a previous state in which they were easy, and all great things from one in which they were small.

是Thị 以dĩ 聖thánh 人nhân 終chung 不bất 為vi 大đại. ， 故Cố 能năng 成thành 其kỳ 大đại. 。
Cho nên thánh nhân suốt đời không làm chuyện lớn, mà vẫn nên được chuyện lớn.
Therefore the sage, while he never does what is great, is able on that account to accomplish the greatest things.

夫Phù 輕khinh 諾nặc, 必tất 寡quả 信tín. ， 多Đa 易dị 必tất 多đa 難nan, 。
Những kẻ hứa bừa bãi, sẽ khó giữ được lời. Coi cái gì cũng dễ, sẽ gặp nhiều cái khó.
He who lightly promises is sure to keep but little faith; he who is continually thinking things easy is sure to find them difficult.

是thị 以dĩ 聖thánh 人nhân 猶do 難nan 之chi, ， 故cố 終chung 無vô 難nan 矣hỹ. 。
Cho nên thánh nhân xem việc gì cũng là khó, nên cuối cùng không gặp khó.
Therefore the sage sees difficulty even in what seems easy, and so never has any difficulties.
