Rice, spiked millet, pulse, wheat, glutinous millet and common millet.

此Thử 六lục 穀cốc,
人nhân 所sở 食thực.
Đó là sáu giống lúa mà người ta ăn.
These six grains are those which men eat.

馬Mã 牛ngưu 羊dương,
雞kê 犬khuyển 豕thỉ;
Ngựa, bò, dê, gà, chó, heo
The horse, the ox, the sheep, the fowl, the dog, the pig.

此Thử 六lục 畜súc,
人nhân 所sở 飼tự.
Đó là sáu vật mà người ta nuôi
These six animals, are those which men keep.
