Who was without peer in the practice of loving-kindness

che fu ineguagliato nella pratica della benevolenza

增Tăng 期kỳ 久cửu 遠viễn 修tu 真chân
đã từng trải qua vô lượng kiếp tu nhân
And had practiced the truth over endless kalpas.
Et qui avait pratiqué la vérité pendant des Kalpas infinis
und über unendliche Kalpas die Wahrheit praktiziert hatte
e praticò la verità per infiniti kalpa.

兜Đâu 率suất 降giáng 晨thần
từ cung trời Đâu-suất giáng thần
He descended from the Tushita heaven
Il descendait du ciel de Tushita
Er stieg vom Tushita-Himmel hinab,
Egli discese dal paradiso Tuṣhita

長Trường 辭từ 寶bảo 位vị 金kim 輪luân
giã từ ngôi vị quốc vương
Renounced the throne and the golden wheel
Il avait abandonné le trône et la roue dorée
verzichtete auf den Thron und das goldene Rad
rinunciò al trono e alla ruota dorata

坐tọa 菩Bồ 提đề 座tòa, ， 大đại 破phá 魔ma 君quân
ngồi tòa Bồ Đề, hàng phục ma quân
He sat on the Bodhi throne and vanquished the armies of Mara,
Il méditait sous l’arbre Bodhi et avait fait disparaître les armées du Mara
er saß auf dem Bodhi-Thron und vernichtete die Armeen Maras,
si sedette sul trono della Bodhi e debellò gli eserciti di Mara.

一Nhất 覩đổ 明minh 星tinh 道đạo 成thành, ， 降giáng 法pháp 林lâm.
một sáng ban mai, đạo lớn viên thành, rồi đại chuyển Pháp Luân
When he saw the morning star he perfected the path, Descending, he proclaimed the Dharma.

三Tam 乘thừa 眾chúng 等đẳng 歸qui 心tâm

無Vô 生sanh 已dĩ 證chứng
Vô sanh đã chứng
And received the proof of non-returning
et on atteint le résultat de la non-réincarnation,
und erhielten den Beweis für die Nicht-mehr-Geburt.

現Hiện 前tiền 眾chúng 等đẳng 歸qui 心tâm
Practitioners who now return to the essence,

無Vô 勝sanh 速tốc 證chứng
Vô sanh sớm chứng

四Tứ 生sanh 九cửu 有hữu, ， 同đồng 登đăng 花hoa 藏tạng 玄huyền 門môn, ， 八bát 難nạn 三tam 途đồ, ， 共cộng 入nhập 毗tỳ 盧lô 性tánh 海hải.
Bốn loài chín cõi, cùng lên pháp giới Hoa Tạng, tám nạn ba đường, cùng vào biển tánh Tỳ-lô-giá-na
